I am going in for surgery on February 23. How long after surgery did you have to wait to do yoga or hot yoga? I just started to enjoy it and i don't want to take too long of a break from it.

When you can eat at least 1000 calories a day and drink a couple ounces of Water at one time.

If you arent well fed and well hydrated you get dizzy in poses.

I'd be very careful with hotYoga. You're likely doing to sweat A LOT and dehydrate. Start with your normal yoga and wait until you are able to get all of your recommended Water in.

That would be a question for your Dr to answer. Twisting and stretching before you're ready could have some serious consequences.

And let me add, I'm a huge yoga fan. I do it twice a week.
