Daisalana 33 Posted September 29, 2007 Thanks for the tip Bert, I'm going to check them out!
BaytownBert 0 Posted September 29, 2007 lauraj23: Let me clarify that, okay? The EAS AdvantEDGE is available at the grocery store for about $9.00 for a 4 pack and Wal-Mart for about $5.00 for a 4 pack. The chocolate fudge tastes plenty good to me, but make sure it is cold. You could even blend it in ice to make it thicker. It has 17 grams of Protein and this is the one I drink. The EAS Myoplex is 42 grams of Protein and is larger and really not recommended for us. It's for body-builders and is about $4.50 per container. Get the EAS AdvantEDGE in chocolate fudge for a ready made replacement meal or a supplement to make sure you are boosting your protein. WASaBubbleButt 41 Posted September 29, 2007 Can anyone suggest a good vanilla whey Protein? Most that I have tried are FRENCH Vanilla (gahhhh). EAS is a great brand, has anyone tried their Vanilla? They don't have small containers, only 5# and I don't buy those anymore unless I know I'm going to like it.
Daisalana 33 Posted September 29, 2007 Bert- And just to clarify, you say they are good right?
BaytownBert 0 Posted September 29, 2007 lauraj23: Well, you know that taste is relative, right(?), but I find them an easy replacement for a milk shake type drink. Now, I've had the vanilla in the "Lite" version and it was tolerable. The chocolate fudge flavor is an easy drink to swallow for this type of concoction.
