Looking fab, I'm at the start I have my op on 27 th of Feb, how long after could you go to the gym sWimming, and many times a week did you go the gym. X




@Josie1958 you should check with your doctor, but my doctor said I could not work-out until 6 weeks post-op. Good luck!
