Constipation.... This is the WORST!!!!

Constipation is always a problem. I use benefiber and a stool softener everyday. It works. I also make sure to eat my veggies and fruit beside Proteins. I put benefiber in my Protein Shake. Don't even notice it.

I cannot have fruit or veggies because I'm only allowed soft foods. I also take benefiber and a stool softener. I cannot wait to start eating more so I'm not so constipated.

Fiber one cheesecake bars + warm tea. Have one of those and it will clean you out quick fast. Works best for me and a few others. Also satisfied sweets craving. Good luck. Feel better.

This stuff is the best..great for constipation..relaxes you too and I even find it helps my restless leg syndrome. You can find it in many natural health food grocery stores and Amazon has it too.

I had surgery last May and have had a terrible time with Constipation too. I didn't go that regular before surgery but got amor worse afterwards. I nearly had to go to the hospital a couple times or was so bad.!

You need a daily liver and colon cleanse supplement daily. It took me almost two months to get the right does so I can go everyday. It really messes with your weight loss and so painful but I feel great now.
Mine is from Well Roots I get off Amazon.
