daisy63 36 Posted February 9, 2017 How soon have you had it after surgery?
boilernos 11 Posted February 9, 2017 2 weeks for me. It goes down pretty easy. Can't eat a lot of it. I could eat about half of the JIF single cups. I didn't like it as much as I did before surgery but to each his own!Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App 1 daisy63 reacted to this
kayshabear 44 Posted February 9, 2017 I am almost 2 months out and just had my first little JIF single cups with some apple slices and, at least for me, it went down fine! I know it isn't the healthiest thing to have so I definitely don't plan to eat it more than a couple times a month maybe, but luckily I have no issues with it! I am going to start adding the powdered Peanut Butter to my Protein shake for some variety and added Protein count
LittleLizzieLilliput 919 Posted February 9, 2017 I waited till I was 3 months post op. Careful though as it has a lot of carbs and fat. Carbs are a diet killer. But I love it! lol! I have probably about a tablespoon every other day or so.
FindingCarrie 244 Posted February 9, 2017 I am 3 weeks out and have been cleared to have it. It sits heavy in my tummy though so I don't do it often. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
