Bama2012 76 Posted February 8, 2017 I was nervous too as was everyone. I had a great experience so that helped. I will give you one tip ask your surgeon if they plan on using a tap block and if not why not.. easier to look it up on internet if you are not sure what it is. On a pain scale I was expecting a 10/10 I think it was about a 3/10 and that's +2pts feeling guilty it did not hurt. No pain medication after day 2. You will be so happy when it's over..Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
Walter.Sobchak 978 Posted February 9, 2017 Cool. My wife is looking at getting sleeved in May and then mine in August. I have always been a big guy, big frame and tall. But I have really packed on the pounds since getting married. I currently weigh about 420Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

BSWhip08 23 Posted February 11, 2017 Awesome.....you look amazing....I am just 3 months out, lost 50 pounds so far. I hope I lose as much as you... did it all come off quickly? Any loose skin? I sometimes feel like I am moving slow. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
Bama2012 76 Posted February 11, 2017 I felt like I was losing slow as well but it just kept coming off. You will stall every so often as your body adjusts. I thought I would have a ton of loose skin and I do not. I have a little but I am thrilled with the result. I felt like the slower it came off the more my body had time to snap back. Who knows if that is how it works but it will keep coming off. Good luck with the rest of the way. Stay healthy..

craiglogan 1 Posted February 18, 2017 Wow !! You did awesome !! I was wondering if you could help me ? I started at a similar weight. My high weight was 315, my surgery weight was 299 and now 6 weeks after Sleeve surgery I'm at 260, I don't want lose skin ! I have been walking but I want to go to the gym and do more rigorous exercise, when did you start exercising ? What type of exercise did you do ?
