Lala'sthinFtW 21 Posted February 7, 2017 I am getting married April 1 and have the almost perfect wedding dress except Spanx are not doing the job with my loose skin. The back of the dress is fairly low so my compression garment can't be too high and the material is too thin to wear boning (it will show). I bought it thinking spanx would work but I need to either bandage this skin somehow or tape it to give a smoother appearance. I found a product on Amazon called Skinnies that can be used for stomach, arms and thighs and wondering if anyone has had luck with it or can suggest something else. Surran wrap would be just too hot for my Texas wedding. Down 150 lbs! I didn't want to have plastics before pregnancy. 20 sweesee, londa320, Ms. Brightside and 17 others reacted to this

dream.maker 37 Posted February 7, 2017 You look Amazing!! I don't know very many people who could wear that dress and look that good. However if it bothers you you can use duct tape it comes in off white and have someone tape you.Sent from my KFTBWI using the BariatricPal App 3 ZyiereIsMyWorld, londa320 and tearsofapache reacted to this

JerseyJules 862 Posted February 7, 2017 I wouldnt sweat it. No one will notice your skin. Dont stress over trivial BS, youre healthier and will live a more active life, dot let some skin drag you down. 8 heddahmouni, Snowlife123, Delete me and 5 others reacted to this
clc9 644 Posted February 7, 2017 In case you can't not sweat it, can you have a heavier liner added to it to smooth out the fabric a bit?Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App 5 sweesee, citizenlizzie, K1V990 and 2 others reacted to this
Poku 14 Posted February 7, 2017 You look amazing! I second having a heavier fabric liner under so that it can flow a bit more. But you really don't need it!Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App 5 newstart12, Finally17, Mountaingal and 2 others reacted to this

I'll let the ladies give you suggestions cuz I'm not very good at that. But from a guy's perspective you look wonderful. Spend the time now to get as good as you can get and then forget about it and enjoy the process. You look wonderfully beautiful and sexy. And he's a lucky guy and he knows that. Don't let the little things bug you.Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App 3 dredfern, anigerm41 and Honeybee17 reacted to this
Berry78 4,261 Posted February 9, 2017 Yeah, I wouldn't do duct tape for fear of hurting your skin. Not sure if there is room for a heavier liner. Maybe keep looking for compression garments. Some can be very sturdy. Either way, you are beautiful! 1 Finally17 reacted to this
