How often should we be sipping. I'm 2 days post op. They tell me sip 1 oz within 30 min. Next 30 rest then do BariatricPal App



I carry around with me a 48oz mug with a lid ALL the time, even when I go to the store, or any where and I constantly sip. That mug now feels like part of my body! Lol

@ddr2017 .... found out today, like you did!! Called BCBS IL, and she gave me the good news.... then 20 mins later, dr office called, and said i should hear from the scheduler in the next 2 days... so hopefully by Friday I will get everything set up!!!
