Flinstones. My doctor said to take two and can be taken at the same time. They taste much better than Centrum

I was told to try the vitamin patches. I'm waiting on delivery now. Sure hope that works.

I tried the Vitamin Patch today for the first time. It looks so sketchy like how do I know it's not just a piece of paper tape? Lol
