I've tried it as well and I'm 4 months out. It hasn't bothered me either. I guess everyone is different because I've heard others say they can't eat it.

Corn is a big no no on my plan forever. I don't plan on risking it. Good luck.

I was cleared to eat anything my 7th week. I would try it without the kernels first

I was told at 3 months out I could proceed to an any food diet. I might try popcorn later.

No I couldn't have popcorn it hurt my stomach until 18 months post op.
