I should have gone home today but unfortunately the nausea won't go away so I was unable to keep anything down. I'm feeling a bit better tonight, gas pains are mostly gone, walking every couple hours. I'm still hooked up to an iv so I don't get dehydrated. Hopefully I can go home tomorrow. It gives you alerts throughout the day if your sitting for too long, or when you have reached your goal/s. The other great thing is while your exercise you can answer phone calls without trying to race for your mobile. I am a health worker and find it great for when I'm on call. Plus that Apple Watch is easy to change the bands. 2 Omw2onederland and Simplyrosie reacted to this
