Still having a hard time being consistent Paul12677 I am eating about 800 calories a day and 80 Protein. I am walking about 8,000 steps a day and do aerobic type videos 2 to 3 times a week. I have been on a stall for 6 weeks. I think I might need to join a gym, yikes. Sent from my XT1254 using the BariatricPal App

I'm 4 months post op and getting around 950 a day. And I'm just walking 10k a day. You may need to up the calories or even try a new food plan to shake things up. I moved to a macro plan earlier this month and dropped faster. 35% complex carbs 25% fat 40% Protein. Edited February 4, 2017 by Travelher
