<p>Hello everyone,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am new to the site and going through the pre stuff before surgery. I do not ahve a date yet, but I was approved by my insurance, I just have to do some last minute things like, psych eval, medical clearance form primary doc and a copy of my thyroid report form primary doc and they set me up witha date. I hope that it is before Thanksgiving, because that is when I really pig out.<img src="http://www.LapBandTalk.com/images/smilies/ranger.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Ranger" smilieid="301" class="inlineimg" /></p>

Hi Caramel and welcome! Congrats on your approval! I was recently approved as well and will be banded Nov. 29th. I am a neighbor, from NW Ohio. I am doing all the pre-surgical stuff now as well.
