I am down 22 pounds since my first weigh in. Family dr extremely proud of me! So am I. Feeling better already! Decided at the beginning of this journey not to weigh unless I have an appointment and it helps so much! Doesn't make it seem so hard.

What kind of insurance do you have??so you have to do go to your doctor for six months before you can have surgery.
