I use relpax, it is a prescription rescue medication There is also Imitrex, maxalt and Botox for chronic Migraine. If your Migraines are that bad your dr can put you on a daily preventative medication- I actually take 2 preventatives topamax and verapamil because mine are so bad. My dr said no to any NSAIDs as they could cause ulcers with the sleeve.

Yeah I can't use Migraine meds because mine aren't caused like traditional Migraines are. Mine is due to muscle damage to my neck from 2 bad car accidents that cause my muscles to not be able to release themselves. Good news the massages work with proper upkeep. Sorry for you ladies who are in a worse place my sister in law has those meds and she gets bad.
