Ok! I'll have to see if I can swing it that soon. How do you pay them? Can you pay before you go or are you supposed to go with cash in hand?

A deposit prior to hold your date (10%) that you pay by wire transfer or depositing it to their banks (Wells Fargo)... you can wire transfer the balance 1 week before surgery or take cash or cashiers check with you and pay when you get there. I'm not comfortable taking that much cash so I'll be doing a wire transfer or cashiers check.

Nice! So is the medicine after surgery included in the basic package? On the website when I looked it was listed only under the premium package.

It isn't... it's $150 for the meds in the basic package.
