Help! Not losing weight

I'm three weeks out from Sleeve. The past week I haven't dropped any weight! Not even a half a pound. How is that possible while only eating less than 500 calories a day?

Search this website (or google) for the phrase "3 week stall." It happens to everyone.

Normal. I did 20 days straight on less than 800 calories a day with no weight loss. 3 week stall is a real thing. Your body is adjusting. Stay the course. Keep following the plan you were given and be patient. If you follow the rules you will loose. I have seen this over and over. No worries.

I just weighed myself this morning and freaked out. I too am in the twilight zone. Didn't drop a single pound in week 3. I went straight to the forums and found this thread. Thank good I'm not alone. Keep up the good fight everyone.
