kate landro 1 Posted February 2, 2017 I'm three weeks out from Sleeve. The past week I haven't dropped any weight! Not even a half a pound. How is that possible while only eating less than 500 calories a day? HW 233 SW 222 CW 208 Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Jen-2+1 131 Posted February 2, 2017 In week three I had nine days at the same weight. It's normal.

blizair09 3,250 Posted February 2, 2017 Search this website (or google) for the phrase "3 week stall." It happens to everyone.
IveGotThePower 395 Posted February 2, 2017 Normal. I did 20 days straight on less than 800 calories a day with no weight loss. 3 week stall is a real thing. Your body is adjusting. Stay the course. Keep following the plan you were given and be patient. If you follow the rules you will loose. I have seen this over and over. No worries.
