I have been on a pre-op diet for the last four weeks. It consisted of replacing one meal each week with a Protein shake. Week one one meal a day with a Protein Shake week to two meals a day were a Protein Shake in the last two weeks are just pure Protein shakes. I'm also allowed to have sugar free drinks, Sugarfree Popsicles, and broth.

Sadly, I would be doing better had I not cheated many times. I felt deprived and I really felt like I needed to chew something. Now that I am four days away from having surgery cheating is no longer an option.
