Cannot stomach protein shakes

I hated 90 % of the Protein drinks I got at grocery and health food store. The only Protein shakes that I enjoy and don't taste gross are Chike chocolate Bliss mixed with 8 ounces of Silk Very vanilla Soymilk.

I also like the Inspire chocolate covered Cherry Protein Power with Silk very vanilla soymilk too.

Can you handle yogart? For me as a different way to get varity, i take my premier vanilla, any flavor of my low fat yogart and some ice and instant smoothie. Figure it tastes great and since it's supper cold, it has to help the swelling a bit.

Also, i'm 2 weeks out as well. Perhaps you are just trying too much at a time. They have me with 1 oz every 10 minutes or so with fluids.

I drink Isopure clear drinks. It has 40 grams of protien in it. If I have to drink a shake, I had PB2. Its so good!

Yo isopure drinks changed the game for me. I was at the point where i couldnt stomach another Protein Shake. I had lost so much of my energy and was slipping into depression. I came across this, went to Vitamin Shoppe. I bout black tea and green melon. The very next day my energy was 2x better. Go to GNC or Vitamin shoppe
