sprkins2 7 Posted February 1, 2017 Hello everyone, I hope all is well. I have to say that I am very excited because I have my surgery date scheduled for February 8th which I know is right around the corner. But I have some concerns concerns because I have cheated a little on my preop diet. I was supposed to have started it on the 25th the Liver Shrink but I have run into some trouble with eating food that I'm not supposed to. Not every day but I did for the first three days because our family plumbing was out and there was no way to really cook the food I needed. I am back on track but I am just worried that it will be an issue with my doctor. Just wondering if you guys had any advice. I'm wondering if I should notify my nutritionist about it and let my surgeon know. I just don't know what to do. Thanks in advance. Redmaxx 740 Posted February 1, 2017 It shouldn't be an issue. Just stick to the pre-op diet now and you should be fine. Three days is not enough to have to notify your nutritionist IMHO.

kimmiey8s 5 Posted February 1, 2017 I cheated the first three days of the pre-op and still lose 20lbs surgery day. Just stay on track the rest of the way. It's hard but worth it. Hang in there you got this. Sent from my 5054N using the BariatricPal App
