Hi all, I'm about 10 days out now and feeling really lightheaded mainly in the morning and at night. I'm getting all my Water and Protein in every day but not sure how to get this under control, any of you experience this?

Definitely talk to your doc.

Count up how much sodium you are taking in in a day and report back...

I had lightheadedness for the first three months. I think it's a combination of trauma from surgery and a very low calorie diet.

It got better.
