Majebara 0 Posted July 12, 2017 Hi fillje1: I'm not in NH I'm in FL, but I am just ahead of you in the process. Put my fitness pal on your phone and start tracking your food. That is what my nutritionist wants to see when I go back. Also they gave me a list of foods to aim for, your typical high Protein, low carb stuff but limit calories too. I was put on 1200-1400 calories a day. I am trying my best to get off white flower and sugar carbs as much as possible. In fact I am giving them up for Lent which starts in 2 days! Hopefully that will help me with the will power problem!! Best wishes!!! I'm excited and trying to figure this all out too! If you hear of anything, let me know!! DorisWhat part of Florida? EuSouGata 0 Posted July 15, 2017 Hi, All! I'm at the beginning of my six-month pre-surgery and in the Boston area (so in your neighborhood@fillje1 !). I've been researching WLS for a long time and after years of many ups and downs through non-surgical methods am excited to finally be taking this step!If all goes well, I'll be looking for a sleeve buddy in 6 months too!
