Sounds like a little buyers remorse. It will pass. Try to keep a positive attitude and do what your surgeon and nutritionist tell you to do. I think that everyone gets that at one time or another.

I haven't had a apetite since my surgery last July but now I am having some hunger..it scares me cuz I'm eating healthy food

You didn't do this in vain and remember this a BIG adjustment for our bodies to so we have to be patient and our bodies will catch up to our expatriations:)
