I knew there would be withdrawals from caffeine, sugar etc but BAM this hit me today with a mother of all headaches. I don't think I got enough Water in and now I am paying the price. It gets better, easier, right?

I had a mild headache on days 2 and 3...but 4 on have been ok. I am on day 7...but I do get 80+ Oz Water per day

I swear this part of the journey is training for any post op pain!

My understanding the worst of it is the first 3-4 days. Gets easier after that.
