DebbieGreen 2 Posted January 31, 2017 10 yrs post op..... seriously battling 32 lb regain after a 175 lb weight loss. My advice..... RNY should not be an option except for extreme cases of morbid obesity. It requires 100% commitment 24/7 365 days of the year. If you're not ready to love yourself...... any permanent weight loss program will not fill the void. agirlhasnofluff 57 Posted January 31, 2017 Easy was eating junk and staying fat. Not easy is eating junk, staying fat, having the worst stomachache of your life, and then spending several hours crapping your brains out while gagging your brains out over the stench. Yeah. I am the type of person who learns that way. No more corn nuggets. Ever. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using the BariatricPal App

Mooseknuckle 85 Posted January 31, 2017 Nope not an easy way out at all . Especially when most of us love food . We all have to redesign the way we eat and what we eat and how we eat and how and when to exercise. Just a big change in life and I love my changes Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App
Blondie 6388 83 Posted January 31, 2017 I agree, I haven't told people except close family and a few friends. I am at my weight I use to be and probably will loose more because that's just the way it's going. I have lot 92 lbs this definitely has not been easy, I just passed my one year on 1/25/17 I guess ignorance is a blessing to some. Keep up the great work everyone.
