Have you wasted money on WLS items or loved others? I'm going to do a comprehensive review on a hundred items that I've loved, hated and or will purchase again! I would love to hear from you all! I personally think that the Protein bars you have are not a good enough calorie/sugar/protein ratio for me but i'm really picky about that. I prefer premier Protein Bars and shakes and I won't eat any other kind. I'm over 1.5 years out so I don't rely on those things for my Protein intake anymore. I like the tiny baby spoons and i used those for a long time. IDK where you live but we have HyVee grocery stores here in MN and they sell these tiny little forks and I LOVE them

I also liked the individual meal containers. I use something similar from Tupperwear. I've joined your page on FB and I'll give you a shout out in my blog. It would be awesome if you could do the same for my blog on your FB page..not an expectation of course . I have a page called "nom nom nom" and under that i have some great food ideas.
