Miralax is the best thing I have found so far I started off using it one capful twice a day then when it started to work me I dropped back to one capful once a day for me it work better than two Benefiber

Chike Protein and click Protein make a great iced or hot coffee, even has espresso and does not lead that after taste in your mouth so far it's been the best one I found is a little bit pricey I buy off Amazon love chick expresso coffee and if I want chocolate I use the click espresso coffee
