***3 days post op !****

Sooo many mixed emotions right now! My pain levels are a little better. I actually feel human today. My biggest obstacles are getting in an out of the bed and getting comfortable. Actual sleep is a challenge all in itself! Any pointers for this journey ahead are greatly appreciated.

Prob lots and lots of pillows up behind you and to the sides so it's like you're on a recliner if you don't have one to sleep in. It'll get better! This is my first night sleeping flat (6 days po).
