Progress and need help

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone. I had my surgery Sept. 2, 2014. Before surgery I had weighed in at 400 lbs and was on 3 blood pressure meds. It is now been a little over a year and i am down to 296 and no meds. I feel great but feel i could feel better and have lost more.

I know i have kinda gone inactive as i work from home in my own business. As well as probably not eating very well. I do still over eat sometimes cause i get sick which sucks but i watch it the next time.

Im looking to get some help trying to get back into the swing of things. Cheap recipes would be welcome if you have some.

I went the other day and bought healthy stuff and it cost 315.00 for about a weeks worth. In the old days 315 would have been a month of food.

Anyways just on here seeing if some people could bebkinda and help me.

I am pre-op and my allowance for nutriton at each meal is 10g or less of fat and sugar, but at least 10-12g of Protein. I just recently made a white chicken chili that turned out great and was well under the fat grams allowed, but very filling! There is a recipe cauliflower fried rice that is really good too on the food network. If I want something sweet I'll make some sugar-free fat-free chocolate pudding and mix Fairlife fat free milk (you can't tell it's ff) and Jiff Peanut Butter powder. Low sugar, low fat, high protein and really tasty. You can find the white chicken chili on Pinterest
