My friends and coworkers have been asking me for weeks if I was excited and I told them that I'm mentally preparing myself to be hungry and dehydrated the morning of. Now we're at the final hours and I'm stoked! Unfortunately, I don't think I lost a lot of weight before the surgetu. My last weigh in, I was down 10lbs. I've been on the Optifast 900 for 3 weeks. I work anywhere between 10-16hrs per day so it was hard to consume so little when I'm working for so long. It got better on the final week. Kind of wish I had more time. I hope it's enough and my surgery is a success! Wish me luck everyone! So glad to be a part of this community! Only thing I keep thinking about is how healthy I will be this time next year! glarb 18 Posted January 31, 2017 I survived! Very little pain! I wonder if my doc really operated on me. Hehehe. I'm walking aroubd a lot. Tasha416 9 Posted January 31, 2017 Well, I had my surgery yesterday. Seems like everything is going good. Of course there is the pain, but I have been walking quite a but. I feel lucky and blessed that I don't feel hungry. Hoping to be discharged by the afternoon. Good luck with your recovery!
