PB2 silly question

I just got PB2.. do I add the powder to my shake or make the Peanut Butter and then add it to the shake?

Try it both ways to see what you prefer.... but I think it is designed to just put straight in the blender.

I always mix it first and the add it because you never know the consistency but i'm sure either way would be fine...

I've never made the PB. Just dumped it in the blender with the Protein powder.

I added the powder in with the Protein power. Mix with the chocolate tastes live a Reeses. That's what got me through the liguid phase.

Just another suggestion, you can also add 1tbs of sugar free Jello mix to Protein shake to get different flavors too. The Cheesecake to vanilla is pretty good. Although no additional Protein, provides a change of taste.
