K_aane 356 Posted January 29, 2017 Read the ingredients on v8...nothing in it is healthy. Juicing real vegis are pure nutrition. I drink a regular 6oz glass of green juice everyday. I have not had my surgery yet . But in my first NUT visit I will ask about it. I drink a mix of romaine lettuce, celery, cucumber, green apple, lemon , cilantro and ginger. It is health in a glass. and it taste great! If you like v8, try juicing the real vegis in a v8.
