Has anyone ever eaten sugars and had immediate (or shortly there after) had dumping.. is this usual for the sleeve? I thought I was having yogurt and didnt read the ingredients and how many per serving..? I have to ask.. also I get head aches after eating is this normal?

Am or will I ever be able to eat sugars again.. I love Sees candies.. I think I will die with out chocolate.. grrrrr :angry:
