Jill_Me 100 Posted January 27, 2017 I got caught in pouring rain yesterday and had to run to the car. It felt amazing! I was able to do it. It was the first kind of vigorous activity I've done since surgery (RNY 12/8/2016, I think I've been taking it too easy). Now I feel like I can take on the world and can't wait to get on a treadmill. Gonna wait until I've lost more weight to jog because my knees would hate me if not, but what a motivator it was to get caught in the rain. RJC5197 282 Posted January 27, 2017 For some people rain shrinks them. (As the Witch from Wizard of OZ) I wish It would work for me. . .
Victoria Bontempi 14 Posted January 28, 2017 Same here with taking it to easy but I want to be completely healed with no set backs. I'm a few days shy of 6 weeks. I went to the pool the other day, finally, and even in the Water I was very careful. It was weird getting in 42 pounds lighter, less fat to float! Good luck on the treadmill.
