greatladyanna 11 Posted January 27, 2017 8 weeks post op and have been back in the gym for 3 weeks now. Weight loss is going great and I'm not in any pain. But my ribcage feels tender all the time. You know when someone tries to crack your back by lifting you up from behind with your arms crossed against your chest? It kinda feels like someone did that and squeezed just a bit too tight. kyboo1972 90 Posted January 27, 2017 i had the same issue at about 8 weeks post op. it wasn't a constant pain, but would come and go, some days not having it at all.
