NurseBec 14 Posted January 26, 2017 & I'm freaking out. I know for most folks it's temporary and I already have some frizzy baby hairs coming in but holy shit... I started using castor oil so I hope that helps, besides the average Biotin what did you all use?
rdharri 46 Posted January 27, 2017 Surgery October 4th here. I have been taking all Vitamins as prescribed and started shedding at about month 3. I honestly have not read anything that prevents it from happening. It's not the lack of Protein because years ago when I was on Adkins I had the same problem. I am hoping it is like that time. hair gets thinner but not bald. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T377A using the BariatricPal App
turtle5569 91 Posted February 16, 2017 Surgery was 9/2/16 OMG it won't stop. I hate to wash my hair, when I brush it out it makes me sad. How much Bioten do you use?

sxynana 44 Posted February 19, 2017 On Mexico Bariatric Center fb, there is a recipe for Shampoo. Easy and not so expensive compared to Nioxin that is to help with Hair loss. Has peppermint and rosemary oils plus some other stuff. I'm gonna try it this week. Waiting for peppermint oil. I started loosong my already thin hair 2 mths out. It sucks. I take 6000 Biotin a day.
