I was wondering the same thing. Because I haven't even had my surgery yet and I'm dying of yawning. I'm on my pre op. I'm getting sleeves in three weeks. I was seriously thinking of putting pre workout in all my drinks.

However, I read and was also told by my doctor that high caffeine is a no no during the first 3 months due to dehydration. Caffeine is extremely dehydrating. This is something I will talk about with the nutritionist I'm seeing the week before my surgery. I'm taking in all my supplements and photos of all my stuff at home. I want to know what I can and cannot take when I get back to gym and real life after recovery mode. As soon as I find out I'll put it up.
