pbdraia 3 Posted January 25, 2017 Got a coupon for a BJ's membership, so went for the first time in years. Got yogurt, Protein shakes, a giant jar of PB powder, chicken breasts, ground chicken, cod, eggs, Protein Water and a few other things. They still haven't cleared me for raw fruits/veggies yet, so this should hold me over for a few weeks. What else do you guys keep as high protein kitchen staples? Any other suggestions? Thank you for any advice! Sent from my iPhone using BariatricPal

biginjapan 647 Posted January 25, 2017 I'm so jealous - none of this is available to me at all! I do have Protein powders that I've ordered from the U.S., and Vitamins of all kinds - chewable, Gummy, sublingual, etc - since I don't know what I'll be able to tolerate after the sleeve. However, being in Japan means I've got lots of tofu, soy, and miso products available to me, as well as other real sources of protein (like chicken and fish). My local supermarket has Oikos yogurt, but not the triple zero. Anyway, I'm sure I'll make do - even if I keep dreaming of a fridge that's filled like yours! AnaDmom3 66 Posted January 26, 2017 Wow that's a lot of yogurt! I literally have a drawer in the fridge and one cabinet of food because I can't eat too much and have had to throw away food like yogurt that expires Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
