Sullie06 1,013 Posted January 24, 2017 Looking for some advice on traveling at 11 weeks post op. We're driving from NY- Florida with our 2 toddlers. We're breaking up the drive over 3 days and will be staying in a house with my hubbys whole family when we get there.
Berry78 4,261 Posted January 24, 2017 What are you smoking? I'm gonna need me some of that! But, on a more helpful note, bring your blender, ice cube trays, etc. Sent from my SM-N920R4 using the BariatricPal App

blizair09 3,250 Posted January 24, 2017 I imagine that you'll be fine. Just make sure you pack ample Protein Snacks and Protein Powder so that you can meet your goals even when you are on the road (and so that you can make good decisions when your good food choices are limited). I went on a 3.5 week tour of SE Asia at about 3 months post-op. It was fine. I just wish I had taken more protein powder because the no-carb variety was no where to be found over there. Good luck!
