Meliss80 1 Posted January 24, 2017 (edited) Hey guys, I had procedure 1/19/17. I've done well; however sent home with no pain meds, just tylenol. Again, I've managed BUT my main left surgical incision is wider than others and still having moderate pain. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? pharmD_vsg 99 Posted January 24, 2017 It's totally normal. Mine was hurting when I turned the certain ways. The pain went way after a week or so. It's still a little sore but nothing bad. janarrt 92 Posted January 24, 2017 Completely normal... I was sleeved on 1/20/17 and the largest incision hurts the most! That's where they pull the part of stomach that has been cut out! So... nothing to worry about! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Heatgirl03 41 Posted January 25, 2017 (edited) My right incision killed me, I had staples. I couldn't even get out of bed without someone helping me. Now that the staples are out (yesterday) I can sleep on my stomach now. Day by day it will get better! Good luck to you Sleeved 01/13 Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Edited January 25, 2017 by Heatgirl03
