neenee717 37 Posted March 21, 2017 Depends on your tolerance level. I eat grits with no issues, but bread, biscuits, corn chips, corn bread had me feeling like I would die! Then it's stuck/lodged sometimes for hours.
BigViffer 3,544 Posted March 21, 2017 Just to chime in from a sleeve POV, bread still makes me uncomfortably full and leaves me feeling as though something is "stuck". However, a really good hard pumpernickel and a very hearty multigrain and nut bread seems to be OK as long as eat nothing else with it. A good complex carbohydrate like those breads are useful for strenuous exercise days.
ILoveArizona 0 Posted June 13, 2017 I mainly stay away from bread, potatoes, rice, & noodles. However toast works better than bread and crispy bacon works better than soft bacon. So ive learned how to prepare things, if I absolutely am craving a few bites. Sent from my VS995 using BariatricPal mobile app
