Good morning everyone. This morning I woke up that knowing next week today I will be on my way to the hospital and my life will change for better . Its been a journey thus far when I started it July 2016 at the seminar and now I have 7 days left . Im excited, anxious and a bit nervous but more so very much excited. Looking forward to hear the my cardiologist tell me I no longer need to take my HBP pills or no need to start you on diabetes medication but the highlight will be when I reach my goal weight of 155 lbs .
