bobobaldy 0 Posted January 4, 2011 Hi slinky yes its definitely not as user friendly as it used to be.I have probably put the same amount on as yourself over Xmas but before i would normally be a stone but I'm not to worried.Thats me started today to get back to normal eating plan again. What restriction have you got just now? <BR>No i have not had any fills since april and i dont think i will get any more fills in the near future as i still can eat alot but not enough for my weight to go up dramaticlly. It does get easier once you have reached your goal. md75 0 Posted January 7, 2011 Hi Everyone I was banded in August and have not had much weight loss success at all, I have had 2 fills but am still hungry and can eat about the same amount as before. Total loss to date is about a stone, next fill is on Sunday and I hope that will help. I am off on holiday in 4 weeks and had hoped to be slightly slimmer by then, but as that hasn't happened yet I was thinking of doing some power plate sessions for inch loss, do u think they are safe or can they harm the lapband? Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks MD
