Where is your fat hanging on tight?

So I seem to have become quite the sag bag, but I swear my stomach has lost the least  in inches in comparison to the rest of my body! I think my bobbies  and legs have lost the most! What about you? What are you problem areas?

My butt is so bony it hurts to sit on a hard chair, and I have lost a great deal of volume in my breasts, there is not an inch of pinchable fat on my hips, but my stomach is heavy and hanging in causing me a lot of pain in my joints on my hips. I probably have about 30 more pounds to lose and 29 of them are in my belly! Lol

my arms are also an issue. I am 52 pounds down with 40 to go. I hope the remaining weight comes off the belly and the arms. lol

I'm in the pre phase planning on having sleeve gastrectomy. I am concerned about hanging skin. I already have hanging skin on my belly. I don't want to have to have skin removed afterward. I am curious if anyone is doing any weight training to help tighten things up or if there's anything else you've tried and if you've found anything that works.

I've got a perfect spare tire. My legs are muscular, arms are skinny, but every single one of my last 20 pounds is in my belly. If pants fit my legs and hips, they give me a muffin top ????

Yep.........all my clothes sizes are down, except for my stomach. If I can find a shirt that fits around my lower belly, it hangs off my shoulders and chest. I guess it is a good problem to have, but it is frustrating. I am doing lots of crunches and have a trainer working hard at firming all the jigglies.......but I do worry about where the next 40 I want to lose are going to come from. I didn't measure before my surgery and sure wish I had. Mostly, I am really happy with everything.....best decision ever.

Guess I will just have a jiggly stomach.

Wouldn't worry about crunches n sit-ups etc they do absolutely nothing for the fat on ya guts.

Diet is the only thing that can get rid of that. Takes tie for the guts fat to go... so bloody frustrating hey lol

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
