This is really good to have, thank you and good luck everybody who's going to try it. I'll be doing this soon enough!! BigTink2LilTink 723 Posted January 23, 2017 Have you had much success with this?! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I did it last year. It helped me through a stall. However by day 4 I was having some seriously massive headaches. I may do it again once I break out of the 240lbs range with my weight. Char555 1 Posted January 23, 2017 I did the complete 5 days and have the same diet since day 5. My restriction is back 100% Protein shakes and Water consumption is the most important to keep you from munching. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App So you stay on day 5? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using the BariatricPal App Well technically we should all be on day 5 for the rest of our lives. Solid Proteins some low carb fruits and veggies. Although life tends to happen and we sometimes stray, these are our new tummy's policy. UalreadyKnow 843 Posted January 23, 2017 So you do the five days and then you just continue with day 5? unbesleevable1 420 Posted January 23, 2017 Yep, it's real simple, guys. You will lose some degree of restriction eventually. If I eat carbs, I gain. If I stop exercising, I gain. I have to stick with the program, and eat mostly Protein and vegetables, or I will gain. I don't do perfect, but about 80% of the time. I am currently losing again by finally coming to terms with the simple truths. Here is my other tip. Learn to be comfortable being hungry. I'm serious. Our stomachs are not supposed to be full all the time. Get comfortable with drinking liquids all the time, and always drink Water first when you think you're hungry.
