wyominggirl 30 Posted January 21, 2017 Just be calm. I went and got a massage the day before my surgery. It brought me to a good place in my mind. It will be over before you know it. Good luck. PS. I am 4 weeks out and it is absolutely the best thing I have ever done for myself. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App
hmills653 365 Posted January 21, 2017 I was told in my nutrition class to have a heating pad and ask the nurse for an abdominal binder to take home for comfort. Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App

FindingCarrie 244 Posted January 21, 2017 I stocked up on everything that I would need when I got home. I then proceeded to clean the house, wash the bed sheets, and all of that stuff I either won't feel like, or won't be able to do for a while after surgery. DFP 15 Posted January 21, 2017 Just had the sleeve surgery on Jan 17th. It was fine. I also stocked the house and went to get a massage. Hospital stay was 1day and recovery is going good. Not a lot a pain at all. Good luck Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
