Hi my name is Hayley just a little bit about me, I am a 34yr old mummy of 3, I work 7 on 7 off as an enrolled nurse and during my off period I am doing my Bachelor of Nursing so very busy.

I had my gastric band put in 26th Feb 2015 so I am almost 2yrs through my weight loss journey and I have lost 48kgs during that period but now I am starting to notice that weight is slowly coming back.

I am looking for someone to talk to, help me with my concerns, exchange healthy ideas as I don't want to go back to being the way I was, I was so unhappy.
