Sooooooo i normally don't share photos, or post anything like this. nor do i show any of my friends or family, i kind of keep them for my personal keepings. but i'm extremely excited about my transformation so far, i still have a long journey to go, but i'm heading in the right direction

surgery date was October 27,2016

start weight was 467

current weight is 381

thanks everyone ! i wish i would of done this years ago, i feel so much better. even getting 86 pounds off my knees and back and feet helped me, can't wait to see what 186 pounds feel like !
