3 Days Post Op

Last night I had attack of the gas. The gas in my shoulders has gone away, but my stomach and intestines were gurgling all night. So bad that I though that my stomach was going to explode. I was so bloated that I looked like I was pregnant. I have been using the Gas X strips,and that has helped tremendously! I am also mixing Miralax every day mixed in with my first Protein shake off the day. I still have pain, but it is not as bad as it was 2 days ago. I almost didn't even take my pain meds today, but I figured why should I suffer. That being said, I think I might not need the pain meds after tomorrow.

I just had my sleeve on Jan 17, and I can't figure out if part of the gas is just needing to poop! I haven't yet, even though I drank some Smooth Move tea last night. May need something stronger like Miralax.

oh that is great you are feeling well enough to contemplate not taking the pain meds!!

Keep up on the miralax. Right now you might not really have much because you aren't taking much in. But with the pain meds you can dry out and stop-up FAST.
